Affilliate Programs Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in USP’s Affiliate Program!   Our Affilliate program is designed to share our gratitude for referring our products to your clients.

Program Enrollment:

All enrollments are initiated by your Salesrep, or USP, LLC customer service.    Once approved, you will receive a link to a W9 form which must be completed before final approval.  After approval, you will have access to the Affiliate Area page, which will show you a customized URL to share with your clients.

 

Commision:

20% commission on all sales made via the link you are provided. Commision is paid on product sales only, tax and shipping are excluded. Payouts will be sent by the 15th of the month for sales in the prior month. Payouts will be made by secure payment transfer to your checking account or credit card.  Payment option will be chosen by you during the application process

 

Termination:

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon notification of termination by email,
all sales commission pending will be captured and paid within 10 business days.

Fine Print:

By submitting your application, you agree to always use the branded content tools on all social platforms disclosing our relations along with the US FTC and Instagram guidelines for sponsored content. If you are unsure of either of these, please contact your salesrep for assistance. All sales through usphair.com (using your affililliate link) will be treated as online sales and will not be added into any calculation of totals on your USP stylist or Salon account for additional discounts or promotions. Example: Affilitate sales totals do not apply to back bar discount totals.
All returns, exchanges or order issues will go through upshair.com, not the stylist or the salon.
