FORMULA 18 Rapid Toners are PPD free, ammonia free and resorcinol free and come in 7 shades. The Rapid Toners can be used on their own or added to the FORMULA 18 Permanent Color formula to enhance or refine results. Rapid Toners will give permanent results and are designed to be used on damp hair. The processing time determines the level of deposit achieved and when used alone will not go darker than a level 8. Recommended to be used with FORMULA 18 Crème Developer of choice and FORMULA 18 Additive as a system for best results.
This collection allows complete flexibility. When applied to the hair the processing time determines the level of deposit achieved. Can be added to color formulas to enhance or refine finished results.
